Crispy Sour Cream Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken pieces

Moist Coating:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Dry Coating:
finely crushed corn flakes

Directions
Mix moist coating ingredients together in a large bowl, then add chicken and coat the pieces with the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours if time permits.

Roll chicken pieces in corn flakes to coat. Spread out in a foil lined baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees °F. for about one hour.

Grilled Chocolate Coffee Steak

I love chocolates... I love steaks... It's like dessert and dinner combined into one.


Thank you so much kenrg for this mouth-watering recipe.

* Equal parts ground coffee & cacao beans (not processed chocolate)
* Season with chipotle, chili powder, garlic, mustard, ginger, salt & pepper
* Apply as a dry rub, and let sit 3+ hours
* Grill over hot coals
* Eat with beer, whiskey, or red wine

Coconut Macaroons

This recipe will make 24 macaroons.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup butter

1/2 cup sugar

4 eggs

1 can condensed milk

200 grams dessicated coconut

Directions

Line cupcake pans with paper liners. Set the pans aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream butter, then gradually add sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in condensed milk and coconut.

Pour into prepared pans. Bake for about 15 minutes.
